Availability of inventory and returns

In the event that the goods did not arrive within 5-12 days, the customer has the right to request the refund of the amount to the same account.

Lifetime is also entitled to reject any request without stating the reason, and to return the amount to the same account and that in the event that the goods are not available.

What is the period for returns and exchanges?

You can return the product(s) within 3 days, or exchange within 7 days from the date the order was received (based on the shipping company’s approved delivery date ).

How and where do I return or exchange my order?

You can go to one of the Life Orbit stores for exchange or return, or you can contact us via the Contact Us page to provide you with Returned order shipping instructions.

What are the conditions of return or exchange?

Products must be unused, packed in original form with invoice retained (photos of the product to be returned or exchanged may be requested before the order is shipped back to us)

How do I receive the refunded amount?

The amount is refunded to the same card on which it was paid. Refund will be given within 3-14 working days (depend on payment type) of our receipt of the products.

In the event that the payment is Cash On Delivery, we refund the amount by transferring to the bank account after checking the products.

Are deposit and balance on Life Orbit Gift Card eligible for refund?

Deposits for custom orders and pre orders are not refundable. Amounts charged to Life Orbit Gift Cards is also non-refundable .
